Audience:
Southwest, Midwest and West Labor Groups

 

Purpose:
To provide information regarding the Annual Enrollment communications that was mailed to some retirees in the West, Southwest and Midwest regions.

Why/Rationale:
The Annual Enrollment communications mailed to the groups identified below contained the incorrect enrollment dates; however the information regarding their 2011 benefits and any associated changes and/or updates is accurate.  Their enrollment period begins on November 15th an ends on December 31st.  They can enroll online beginning November 1st or wait until they have received their Enrollment Worksheet or Confirmation Statement (whichever is applicable), reviewed it carefully and call beginning November 15th to make their enrollment elections.

For any retiree identified below that opts to make their enrollment elections now, the AT&T Benefits Center will walk them through their 2011 benefit options and complete their enrollment at this time.
